Great public relations and marketing communications should mobilize your constituents and customers to take action – whether its sales, spreading the word about your product or service, or following you’re your brand.  One of the best ways to inspire content is through content.  Here are some key attributes that will help you meet that goal.

  • Your content should be provocative, challenging the status quo and flipping conventional wisdom.
  • The content should be revolutionary – it should introduce new ideas.
  • Your content should differentiate you from your competitors or even your own past performance.
  • Timely and relevant content are also key types of content shown to inspire action.
  • Provide a relatable narrative for your customers – this can be done through personal testimony, client stories, etc.
